Salsa Verde Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs cloves of garlic
1/2 c of parsley
3 pcs of scallions
Pickled pepper (jalapeno)
1/4 c of cilantro
13 oz of tomatillos (canned or fresh)
4 pcs of mild peppers (green); chopped
1/4 tsp of hot sauce (pepper)
1 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Place garlic on a processor; process for 10 secs till chopped finely. Add cilantro, jalapeno, scallions, and parsley; pulse six times till chopped finely. Add tomatillos; process for 5 secs till pureed. Add mild peppers, hot sauce, and salt; pulse twice till mixed.
Place inside the refrigerator, covered inside an airtight container.
