Chili’s Steak Fajitas Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire
1 tsp of garlic; minced
1 tsp of ginger (ground)
1 pc of sirloin (or flank steak, 2 lbs)
1 c of water
1/4 c of honey (pure)
1 pc of onion (medium); sliced thinly
2 pcs of bell peppers (red and green); cut thinly into strips
Tortillas (flour); warmed
1 c of soy sauce
Instructions;
Combine soy sauce, honey, Worcestershire, garlic, ginger, and water inside a bowl; mix thoroughly. Place the sirloin on a dish and pour over the sauce, save a quarter cup of the sauce. Marinate, covered, inside the refrigerator.
Drain the meat then slice thinly into strips. Cook them on a skillet above medium-high heat and add bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry till meat has cooked through, add saved marinade. Serve over tortillas.
