Chipotle Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of chiles (chipotle)
2 pcs of bacon strips; cut up finely
1/4 c of onion; chopped finely
3 c of tomatoes; chopped finely
1 c of broth (beef)
1/4 c of carrot; chopped finely
1/4 c of celery; chopped finely
1/4 c of snipped cilantro (fresh)
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Cover (warm) water on the chiles; let it stand for one hour till softened. Drain then chop them finely. Cook onion and bacon on a 2-qt saucepan; stir constantly till bacon becomes crispy. Add the chiles, tomatoes, broth, carrot, celery, cilantro, salt, and pepper; stir thoroughly.
