Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients:
6 peeled avocados (California); pitted
1/2 c of chopped cilantro
1 & 1/2 c of chopped onions (white)
Pureed zucchini
Juice from two limes
6 Tbsps oil (olive)
Salt
8 Serrano chiles; finely-chopped
1 onion (green); finely-chopped
2 tomatoes (large); chopped
Totopos
1/2 c of cilantro
Instructions:
Have avocados mashed in glass dish using your fork. You add the cilantro, juice of lime, onion, oil, salt, chiles & zucchini. Combine well to resemble a smooth puree.
Spoon guacamole onto flat serving bowl then decorate w/ a tomato at a side, the chiles & cilantro-leaves at center portion. Place totops on its opposite side.
