Smoked Salmon Quesadillas Recipe
Ingredients:
4 oz of soft goats cheese (fresh)
1 tsp of horseradish (prepared)
2 tsps of sour cream (dairy)
2 tsps of dill (fresh); chopped
4 pcs of tortillas (flour)
4 oz of salmon (smoked); sliced thinly
Additional dill; chopped
Instructions;
Combine goats cheese, (sour) cream, dill, and horseradish inside a bowl; blend thoroughly. Season salt & pepper. Cover then place inside the refrigerator. Heat a skillet above moderately high heat.
Cook tortillas individually till warmed and spots of brown appear; turn once. Take out from the skillet then spread a spoonful of mixture of cheese and top it with a quarter of salmon then sprinkle additional dill. Do the same to the rest of tortillas and filling. Cut then serve.
