El Chico Mexican Restaurant Relish Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c of sliced carrots
16 ounces of sliced Jalapenos
2 c of water
1/2 teaspoon of oregano leaves
2 c of cubed onions
4 ounces of vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 garlic cloves; chopped
Instructions:
Combine carrots & onions in large container. Add Jalapeno w/ juice then add water, vinegar, garlic oregano & salt. Combine well.
Have container covered & refrigerated for at least 24 hrs. Stir ingredients well prior to serving.
