Fajitas Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 lbs of boneless chicken-breast
1/3 c of dried sherry
1 tsp of chili seasoning
2 cloves garlic
2 Jalapenos
2 tsps of cumin (ground)
1/2 c of oil (olive)
Instructions:
Have chicken sliced into 1/2-inch wide & long strips.Place garlic & Jalapenos in processor w/ chopping blades then quickly pulse to finely-chop. Add the rest of the ingredients then pulse again ’til smooth.
Pour over chicken & marinate it at room-temp overnight, turn occasionally. Have broiler preheated.
You drain your chicken then reserve its marinade. You arrange meat on broiler-tray racks then broil them three inches away source of heat for about 5 mins. Turn & bast w/ marinade. Continue broiling for additional 5 mins.
