Paella Recipe
Ingredients:
1 chicken-broiler; cut-up
1/4 c of oil
2 garlic cloves
1 lb of shrimps (raw)
1 lb of peas
4 tomatoes; sliced
12 pcs artichokes
1 & 1/2 c of rice (brown)
6 saffron strands
1 c of diced onions
1 diced bellpepper (green)
1 diced bellpepper (red)
1 c of wine (white)
1 tsp of paprika
2 c of water
Instructions:
Have chicken cooked in heated oil w/ garlic ’til browned. Transfer into large-sized casserole. You add the shrimps, peas, artichokes & tomatoes into dish.
With the same oil, you saute the rice, onions, bellpeppers and safron for about 7 mins then add this into casserole. Sprinkle w/ paprika then pour over water & wine.
Have dish baked w/o cover for an hour at three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit ’til rice gets cooked.
